OPUS has updated its General Terms and Conditions of Sale, effective June 16, 2024. For existing customers, these updates will be applied starting June 26, 2024. For new customers, these updates apply immediately.
1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale (the “GTC”) are those of the company OPUSOFT COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE TRADING L.L.C (hereinafter “OPUSoft LLC”), a Limited Liability Company holding trading license no. 137729 .

1.2. These GTC apply, without reservation or restriction, to any purchase by customers of OPUSoft LLC, legal entities specializing in architecture, design and project management (hereinafter "Clients"), of a right of access to the OPUS application, in web and/or mobile versions available on Apple and Android (hereinafter collectively the "OPUS Application") and, through this, to innovative tools intended for the organization and optimization of the management and monitoring of real estate, architecture and design projects of the Client (hereinafter "Services").
The Services offered through the OPUS Application include a set of features specifically designed to meet the needs of Clients, including a dashboard to track the progress of different projects, its financial development, photos illustrating the progress of their achievement, a shared file library and a messaging service, centralizing all communications and files between the actors of the same project.
The characteristics of the Services are presented exhaustively on the OPUS Application, both in web and mobile version.
Clients are deemed to act as professionals, the subscription to the Services directly falling within the scope of their main activity. Consequently, by accepting the present GTC, the Client waives the application of all legal, regulatory and administrative provisions relating to the protection of retail customers.
OPUSoft LLC and the Client are hereinafter individually referred to as the " Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
